P550双机，AIX-5.3-03，HACMP5.1，oracle9.2.0.7。

A机发现前一段报了个errpt错误，不知道有谁碰到过？查不到有用的资料，正考虑要不要找IBM报修:em11:

跟进：将数据库切换至B机，A机重启时都会报3个A6D1BD62，B机目前运行正常。

类型属于硬件，但是具体内空看不到具体设备。

SSR，就是system services representative，系统服务代表，以前也叫Customer Engineer，是IBM系统工程师的简称

HP也叫onsite engineer
