Do i have to create it? Read doc,says when system crash, there is core file used for checking, can not find...

在根目录下面,是内核发生错误时系统自动生成的,不用创建,所以当你运行ls -al /core命令而系统说没有这个文件时,说明系统没有发生过内核崩溃.

ulimit -c unlimited
我忘了是不是只能超级用户可以设置。sun上是不是要设置我也不清楚，但是linux上一般都设置一下才好
