Senior Engineer

He/she will be WebLogic Portal Senior developer in our clients, inlcudes:
- Technical daily support existing portal function in Dealer Relationship System, fix issues.
- With assistance of BA, implement the change request
- Need handle with our clients proposed related solution
  At least 5 working experience

Key Accountabilities

SERVER-SIDE PERSON:
--------------------------------------
Proficient in:
  * Java SE 1.4 or higher
  * J2EE environments ( preferably WebSphere)
  * J2EE technologies - (specifically: JSPs, EJBs, JDBC, JMS)
  * RDMS ( preferably Oracle )
  * PL/SQL
Familiar with:
  * IDEs (preferably Eclipse-based)
  * UNIX/shell programming
  * SOA implementations
  * AJAX
  * JavaScript
  * WebServices
  * Hibernate
  * JUnit
  * Struts
  * Portal solutions ( preferably Vignette )
  * XML

CLIENT-SIDE PERSON:

Proficient in:
  * Java SE 1.4 or higher
  * J2EE technologies - (specifically: JSPs,EJBs)
  * JavaScript

Familiar with:

Possesses and applies a comprehensive knowledge of:
-Process design technology methodologies (computer logic)
-Programming languages and tools
-Systems design techniques
-Writing technical specifications and documentation
-Coding, testing and debugging
-Data constructs and I/O methodologies
-Data bases and data access
-Abstract reasoning
-New computing architectures and environments
Applies mastery of skill in procedures, techniques, and tools related to:
-Analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual understanding
-Communication, interpersonal skills as applied to interaction with coworkers, supervisor, etc. sufficient to exchange or convey information and to receive work direction
-Industry recognized expert
-Performs analysis, design, development and testing of applications to develop enterprise level solutions based on complex and significant business requirements
-Technical lead
-Supports change readiness initiatives as needed

Basic Requirements

-Bachelor’s Degree
-7-10 years development experience for the senior role, and 4-5 years development experience for the other 2 roles
-Fluent in English communication
