* Responsible for understanding and assigning technical work
* Responsible for coaching and developing the team
* Responsible for working with the client to plan the work on a daily / weekly basis.
* Strong oral and written English communication skills
* 1-2+ yrs of Oracle Forms & Reports experience
       - Experience deploying forms to Middle Tier/Internet environment
       - Experience with Multi-block, multi-tabbed canvases Experience with Integrated applications using one menu structure
       - Experience with Program Units and Calling Database procedures
       - Experience with Form blocks built on database procedures
       - Experience with Transactional, secured applications
* 1-2+ yrs of Oracle experience
       - Experience with database query tools (i.e. TOAD, SqlPlus, SQLDeveloper, SQLNavigator)
       - Experience with database logical/physical design
       - Understand database theory
* Experience with large-scale software development projects
* Strong verbal and written English communication skills
* Experience with Java and object oriented design
* 1-2+ yrs of Java
* Technology: Oracle Forms 10G, PL/SQL, Web Services, XML, Jira.
