Organization Structure Direct report to
global test lead, dot line to delivery center hire manager. Job Dimensions & Major Responsibilities ·
Corresponding work environment (i.e. PC, keyboard, etc) which supports the designated language ·
Each Test Analyst will need to be fluent in both written and spoken English Preliminary expectations of where there multiple language skills will be required is: ·
Written and verbal translation services (as required) with the client during UAT activities (I don't want to assume all UAT participants would be fluent in English) ·
Verification of written reports generated in their designated language ·
Verification of Remedy GUI in their designated language ·
Verification of Remedy supporting tickets being raised / updated in their designated language ·
Verification of the XML interface between HP7 and Remedy 7 Ideal Person ·
3+ years experience would be preferred. (Manual system & UAT testing preferred) ·
Experience with Remedy 7, Cognos Reporting, and PowerView is preferred ·
Experience with Risk Based Approach to testing is preferred ·
Experience with identifying and documenting test requirements, test objectives, and test scenarios preferred ·
It is preferred the Test Analyst with Japanese language skills also has experience with testing XML interfaces ·
It is essential that collectively the Test Analyst(s) are fluent in both verbal and written skills for Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, and Japanese skills. ·
It is essential that collectively the Test Analyst(s) are able to provide basic translation services between English and the 3 specified languages for the test team. Such translation activities may include directly translating communication with the client during UAT. ·
Have the Test Analyst(s) offshore for the duration of the project is fine. It is not envisioned that travel would be required. Expectations of Person ·

Ability to interact with client business users in a professional manner[1] ·
Ability to work as part of a team or individuall PS :第一： 英语或是日语熟练交流 当然这两种语言都熟练更好；第二，有相关remedy 经验 第三 ，三年以上相关测试经验，不限于自动化，黑盒白盒测试。
