DELL R410 自动重启 跪求帮忙看一下原因 [复制链接]

大家好,最近我们进了一批R410服务器,最近开始陆续会有机器自动重启的情况,今天我看了一下dmesg的信息,我也不太能看懂,
但重启的机器都会报ACPI ERROR的问题,不知道是不是这个问题,请各位大牛帮忙看一下原因是为何,最主要是要如何解决?多谢。
下面是dmesg的信息:

这个应该是网卡驱动版本的问题,不知道LZ安装的具体是什么linux系统呢?出现这个故障的时候网络是否OK?
建议先单独升级网卡驱动程序(R410机器的网卡:Broadcom Corporation NetXtreme II BCM5716(板载)DELL 或者 Broadcom 官方都有提供),不需要重启服务器,但是需要重启网络。
升级网卡驱动程序:
网络中断时间:10s – 20s
1. 重新编译安装驱动
2. 执行下面脚本
#!/bin/bash
depmod -a
rmmod bnx2
modprobe bnx2
service network restart

R410应该还在保修期内的吧,打DELL的电话问吧,叫别人上门保修好了。

需要升级到最新的BIOS版本,详细版本下载好像DELL官方论坛里有。

简单一点,如果在保修期内,直接找DELL的工程师上门检修,如果多次检修后还是报同样的问题,也有理由让他们拉回去换新机。
我们前几个月采购了一批710,有一台710经常自己重启,叫DELL的工程师来换过CPU、内存好几次还是不行,最后让他们拉回去了,除了机箱外壳里面什么都换了,现在正常了。
