Now product-specific root actions will be performed.

Failed to initialize Oracle Cluster Registry for cluster

出现以上错误后点击安装界面的OK后SQLPLUS不能继续安装。系统是RHELAS4U4_X64的
然后执行lsnrctl 等相关命令都是提示Segmentation fault段地址错误。系统安装的中文的，但是VNC我用的英文启动。
是不是和字符有关系？？各位高手帮忙！！
