2. 符合job requirements的applicants, 如经雇用，会是“band 6" 或 "band 7" 。 大家可由此推算薪资

1. 你在IBM  USA, 那你应该了解我的苦衷，我没法公开Band 7 的薪资。
However, my impression from reading the postings here is that many CUer’s know the salary ranges of IBM bands, from other sources.
2. 客服怎么还要那么多语言的开发经验？
A few of these new-hired people will be helping developers with problems they run into on AIX (compilation, linking, debugging, etc.), having some development experiences certainly helps.
3. 招聘问年龄在中国不违法？
It's not only legal here, but also a always-asked question. I should have left it out, because I don’t really care. I just copied the questions off  the resumes I received from head hunters, without thinking.
