如何重新构建EMC IOS

IOS你指的是什么？是不是说的是前五块硬盘的操作系统？？？

如果是的话，哪么你的方法应该不可以，不过可以通过串口登陆上去进行Flare的升级、重新灌系统等操作

首先是不同的机器肯定有不同的Flare，其实里面就是一个XP的操作系统（CX4不同啊，CX4现在用64位的操作系统啦）。

而且不同灌的方法需要的文件不同，如NDU，image文件等，如果系统是好的，就可以直接通过NST进行升级安装。如果前五块硬盘完全坏啦，看看现在通过串口能不能登陆进去，如果可以的话，就先把image文件传进去，然后再进行安装，具体操作过一次，还是在实验室里面，因为这个东西坏的几率很小的。

楼上说的是对的，确实是SPA 的系统在SPB上面是有备份的！SPB的SPA上面也有备份。Cx300印象不是特别深了！如果需要的话，我可以提供flare的最新版本！不过都比较大，呵呵！一般都是100多M的。

还要看你现在CX300Flare的版本，是不是Release 19以上的版本，如果不是的话，还需要升级才能使用NST，如果是低于Release 14的话，那就比较麻烦了，升级需要很多步骤的！

基本了解就这么多，具体可以再探讨。

1.Copy Files from the RAM Disk to the Image Repository这个过程和对应的反过程是什么意思？举例：
正常情况下升级是不是先将CX600所需的.MIF文件下载到本地笔记本上，如果升级的话这里选择Copy Files from the RAM Disk to the Image Repository
还是反过程？看你的过程好像选择的是Copy Files from the Image Repository to the RAM Disk，这里有点不明白。

是copy文件到前五块硬盘的保留区域里面。


2.你的这个升级过程使用CLARiiON Utility Toolkit ，不知道是不是通过以太网连接两个SP到交换机上去做的，如果是现在盘柜的前5块盘出现问题了，那么
SP的以太网应该无法连接了，这个时候如何重建flare到两个SP呀？连接方式是不是需要通过串口拨号了？

我使用的是串口连接的方式！

不好意思，我不做EMC，估计要找到CX300的，得有高的powerlink的权限，我现在已经没有了，你可以找DC做EMC的工程师问问，他们手里应该有。回复 29# bjwds
