仔细看看吧，这是偶从1.1的doc里弄的，很伤心

在doc目录 make htmlhelp,自动生成html，然后用微软的html work shop 打开那个工程文件，编译出来

[root@develop docs]# make
Please use `make <target>' where <target> is one of
  html    to make standalone HTML files
  pickle to make pickle files (usable by e.g. sphinx-web)
  htmlhelp  to make HTML files and a HTML help project
  latex    to make LaTeX files, you can set PAPER=a4 or PAPER=letter
  changes to make an overview over all changed/added/deprecated items
  linkcheck to check all external links for integrity
