在Redhat上安装NBU6.5遇到的问题。

我在一台装了RedHat的虚拟机上装NBU6.5 Master Server，安装过程中提示系统未安装PBX，在ICS目录中执行./install 脚本。
到了这步时
1)  Symantec Private Branch Exchange
     2)  Symantec Product Authentication Service
     3)  Symantec Product Authorization Service
     b)  Back to previous menu
Select a product to install: [1-3,b,q] 1
Enter the system names separated by spaces on which to install PBX: redhat
Initial system check:
installics requires that ssh commands used between systems execute without prompting for passwords or
confirmations.  If installics hangs or asks for a login password or hangs, stop installics and run it again
with the ssh configured for password free logins, or configure rsh and use the -rsh option.


    Checking ssh communication with redHat..................................................... ssh exited 255

输入的系统名字有错吗？应该输入什么system name？我出入的/etc/sysconfig/network文件中的系统名。。。。。。。
还有一个问题请教，在NBU环境中服务器靠名称识别客户机并与其通信的，这里的名称指的是什么名称？是system name还是主机名？？？？？？？不需要添加IP地址嘛？？？？？

我把/etc/hosts文件的主机名改为 redhat.localdomain再输入时提示
1)  Symantec Private Branch Exchange
     2)  Symantec Product Authentication Service
     3)  Symantec Product Authorization Service

redhat.localdomain is not a valid system name

我的/etc/hosts文件内容如下
[root@redhat ~]# cat /etc/hosts

127.0.0.1               redhat.localdomain redhat
::1             localhost6.localdomain6 localhost6

root@redhat NB_65_ICS_1.4.37.0_LinuxX86]# ifconfig
eth0      Link encap:Ethernet  HWaddr 08:00:279C:16  
          inet addr:192.168.100.195  Bcast:192.168.100.255  Mask:255.255.255.0
需要在/etc/hosts文件再加上
192.168.100.195         redhat.localdomain redhat
上面这条吗？？？？？？？？？

已经加了，然后在安装的时候输入redhat还是不行。。。。。。。。
