用encode测试了能发中文了,不过悲剧的我被封了fetion号

在fetion_sendSMS子过程把@_[1]encode成utf8,一定要在length(@_[1])之前,试好久猛然发现utf8和enu-cn相同中文字符的长度竟然不一样

好像现在不能用了。。。应该要做什么改动吧
