Job Description  
IBM System x (xSeries) Unified Extensible Firmware Interface (UEFI) is the next-generation BIOS whiches provide a consistent interface across IBM's portfolio and allows more detailed configuration options on System x server products. An attractive vendor position is now available for talented engineer with the oppertunity working with the cutting-edege System x technology and its core uEFI development. The role will be responsible for desgining, developing latest features for the new uEFI release together with other defect fixing, integration, customer issue support tasks  
Required Skills  
- Embedded OS developer. Excellent system programming skills in C/C++, Linux development environment
- Previous BIOS or uEFI development experience is highly desirable
- Solid knowledge of industry standard, protocol such as IPMI, TCP/IP etc
- Device driver development experience
- Smart, quick learner and strong analytical skills
- Excellent and professional communication skills; good command of English
- Excellent team player
- Good knowledge of System x or x86 architecture is a plus
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science and Electronic Engineering or equivalent, or above
