软Raid中出现部分目录访问IO Input/Output Error

我是12块硬盘做了一个Raid5，其中有一块备份盘，从mdadm统计的信息看，硬盘都是正常的。

但是今天发现这个服务器有很多inode信息的错误。

经过检查，发现部分目录无法读取。
ls: cannot access data/2014/02: Input/output error

出现这种问题的原因是什么呢，如果是硬盘有io错误，Raid5不会自行通过校验将数据恢复到备盘上吗？
另外：这种io错误如何才能恢复数据呢，有什么方法么？
