Drive and support migration of data from the legacy on-premise Human Resource system application to the future Cloud hosted Human Capital Management (HCM) system
Work with data owners to understand legacy data, gather data requirements, and interpret and design solutions to meet those requirements
Review gaps and propose a solution for data migration during the solution design phase
Produce detailed data mapping documents
Assess and recommend tools, scripts, queries or applications for accessing, analyzing, converting and migrating data between databases or from csv files to databases
