Purpose
Interface with customers, internal staff and partners to understand customer’s requirements, and to design and implement security solution that uses a range of xxxxx technologies and capabilities.
Support and / or perform customer engagements focused on redefining customer’s organizations, including business strategy changes, solutions architecture designs and business process changes with full spectrum of xxxxx and third party solutions.
Develop and maintain Cyber Security offerings intellectual property

SCOPE OF ROLE
Works independently and proactively
Exercises independent judgment in developing methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results
Uses professional concepts to contribute to development of company concepts and principles and to achieve objectives in creative and effective ways
Applies advanced principles, theories, and concepts
Contributes to the development of innovative principles and ideas
Established and be recognized as an expert in xxxxx products and solution
Plans, designs, develops, and review pre-sales or implements processes in line with best practices
Plans and leads multiple opportunities, initiatives or projects
Has thorough understanding of technical concepts required for specialized field
Uses knowledge, creativity, and company practices and priorities to obtain solutions to complex problems
Works on extremely complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of both tangible and intangible variables
Aligned to and works in close partnership with Sales and partners
Interfaces with all levels of influencers and technical decision makers at the customer
Have general knowledge on all xxxxx technologies with strong in depth product specialization at least two xxxxx product families


Responsibilities
Recognizes new business opportunities in the account and helps to support and qualify pipeline of opportunities
Designs/architects/delivers solutions that match xxxxx’s portfolio to customer’s need both locally and regionally as required (Travel required)
Leads and coaches other technical resources (internal and partners) working in the customer account/engagement and practice
Identify, articulate, and develop follow-on sales opportunities
Develop value-added, strategic solutions for service offerings, delivers these solutions to customers and shares best practices throughout the organization
Maintains network of key technical contacts throughout the corporation, developing relationships across other xxxxx units to ensure the best use of resources and knowledge
Develops and maintains a broad knowledge and understanding across all of xxxxx’s product lines and the related adjacent and competitive technologies
Actively builds and maintains strong relationships with partner companies that can contribute to xxxxx’s success and thus support xxxxx’s channel strategy and partner led service model
Develop partner technical skill and create a sustainable xxxxx partner ecosystem.
Presents value proposition, benefits, key features and functions across all solution sets
Presents the xxxxx technical strategy coherently and consistently to a technical and business audience
Participate in the development and rollout of new offerings
Lead large or complex xxxxx Consulting Services engagements including security maturity assessments, strategy development and solution design, IT, compliance, and business process assessments, organizational analysis and design, business process re-design, and deployments
Recommend Consulting solutions and lead implementation of them as approved
Contribute to the identification of new Consulting Services offerings, methodologies, and intellectual capital
May be required to act as Practice Leader in area of expertise including coaching and mentoring practice members and providing oversight to engagements to which they are deployed including escalation management as required
Required to support Consulting Leadership on aspects of resource planning including skills and capacity mapping to expected pipeline to deliver maximum utilization and margin to the Consulting Practice in their area of expertise
Strive to be recognized as an expert in a particular practice area and has demonstrated ability to lead both sales and delivery efforts
Ability to use professional concepts to contribute to development of company concepts and principles and to achieve objectives in creative and effective ways.


Skills & Knowledge

Professional
Good sense of relationship, to work with all business functions such as sales/pre-sales, marketing or technical support
Strong customer communications skills, written, oral and face-to-face
Demonstrable ability to lead Cyber Security projects and training
Strong presentation skills, to a large audience or in one to one meetings (planned and ad-hoc)
Good knowledge of negotiation techniques
Proven ability to lead teams and manage projects
Progressive technical, security and professional services experience in area of expertise
Experience working in high-pressure client-environments with aggressive deadlines
Demonstrate strong understanding of principles policies, and industry best practices in area of expertise
Ability to work with all levels of management and technical support to further the goals of the engagement

Technical
Skills and knowledge required in a number of the following areas:
Knowledge of Microsoft (competence with Microsoft Project, Excel and Word expected) and/or at least one UNIX operating system (Solaris, AIX, HPUX, LINUX)
In depth knowledge of current Cyber Security domain
Good working knowledge of xxxxx products
Understanding of virtualization (server, storage application, network) and Cloud Services (SaaS, IaaS, PaaS)
Ability to give advice regarding Security Policies and/or Data center Trends and best practices
Understanding of network and gateway security
Understanding of client and server security
Understanding of cryptography, PKI, information protection
Understanding of IT Compliance & Risk management ( ISO, PCI, risks IT concepts)
Knowledge and experience in any other xxxxx relevant technologies.
Desired to have knowledge and experience with 3rd party solutions (Azure, O365, Google Cloud, Fireeye, Splunk, etc)

Demonstrates passion and enthusiasm
Strong team player attitude and able to operate inter-dependent
Self-confidence that translates well for customers, partners and colleagues with an investigative mind
Communication skills, which facilitates both presentation and interaction with customers and sharing knowledge with other team members

Articulate in local language, English and Mandarin (verbal and written)

Technical and Security IT background


Experience
Significant, progressive experience in related field; experience leading large complex, and high profile projects
Ability to lead engagements and manage project delivery


Required

QUALIFICATIONS & ACCREDITATIONS
Degree level or equivalent major in Information Technology with good emphasis on IT Security
Relevant Industry and Vendor Certification (e.g. CISSP, CCSP, CompTIA Security, PMP, Prince2)


Desirable
Business and Account Management process.

PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENT
Able to present the company owns technical vision and strategy coherently and consistently across all product lines to a technical and business audience
Maintain and grow technical capabilities specific to role definition including strong knowledge of competitive solutions
Achieve personal or team Company assigned financial targets and delivery hygiene
Quarterly KSOs aimed at ensuring the effective delivery, development of our and partner consulting services capability and delivery hygiene
