对 FLW有强烈的不满和看法

1. the rules are declared ,  no doubt that any offense could take action .
   
2. however, this is a public forum offers people a place to come  to learn or share their knowledge freely. i guess  majority of the vistors here are those newbies that want some help desperately . they might not have chance to take look at the rules since they are despairing  .  
   
3. as for those newbies, my suggestion is to give them advice first instead of just tie it up .
   
4. should it be offense again ? go ahead! use your authority.

Pal , i am not getting excited anyway .  
i 've put some comments previously, and it has been considered as offensive words , and i am pretty confused with it, i guess if you read my comments  carefully , you should understand what i meant.  
to avoid further communication errors here .  i guess i could have to type some chinese word , it's the first time i type chinese in this forum , i could be also considered as a newbie on the road .

4. 我个人的看法是，对新人犯规可给与告戒先而不是直接就锁贴，( 题外话，其它版的版主不敢妄加评论，我常去的Shell 版的 waker 就做的非常好　）
   
5. 如果是屡教不改，哪就毫不犹豫的行使你的(锁贴的）权力吧　。
