Do it in the right way
If you translated some chapters of a book of another person, you should say so in your article.
Before you translate a book of another person, read the copyright first,
and then contact the author to get a permission from her/him.
Ususlly the author will be happy to know that you would like to translate her/his book,
and give you the needed premission.
Also, the author can add the link of your article to the website of this book.
