mysql启动不了

系统是as4update2,刚装的系统，用的rpm装，mysql版本是4.1.12
MySQL-client-standard-4.1.12-0.rhel4.i386.rpm  MySQL-server-standard-4.1.12-0.rhel4.i386.rpm
MySQL-devel-standard-4.1.12-0.rhel4.i386.rpm   MySQL-shared-standard-4.1.12-0.rhel4.i386.rpm
安装后启动不了，hostname.err报错如下
