FC IT Engineer/FC IT 工程师
Job Description:
FCIT engineer who is proficient in all aspects of system administrationand engineering. Experience with a wide variety of systems (Linux &Windows) is preferred; however, this position is for a FC IT Engineer.This position supports customer-facing equipment and requires prior24/7 production support experience. A successful candidate will haveknowledge of TCP/IP networking, advanced performance analysis, Linuxkernel architecture, Linux security, and common network services.Ability to script with Perl, shell is highly desired. This positionalso requires strong interpersonal skills and a successful track recordof coordinating and driving projects to completion.
Responsibilitiesinclude: monitoring and maintaining critical systems; implementinghighly available and efficient systems, including obtaining anunderstanding of the applications running on the systems; participatingin capacity planning reviews; owning projects, interacting withvendors, customers and team members; and providing Local on-calltechnical support and technical consultation to Amazon.com Chinainternal customers.
Requirements:
1.Linux & Windows system administration and application (Send Mail/Exchange, Postfix, Bind, Proxy, Firewall, Apache/IIS, ADArchitecture), requirement of desk side support work.
2. English – can communicate with native speakers fluently on technical topic
3. Script and programming in Perl, shell.
4. Basic knowledge on network
5. Preferred Degree: Computer Science or related major
6.Years of Experience: 3-5 Years systems administration/engineering,experience of international organization and different time zone ishighly desired.

FCIT工程师应精通系统管理及工程各方面的知识，具备使用过多种不同系统 (如：Linux & Windows)的经验。该职位将为服务客户的设备提供支持，要求以前具有24/7不间断提供技术支持的经验。最终被录取的候选人应该熟悉TCP/IP网络系统、进行性能分析、并对Linux 内核架构、Linux 安全和一般网络服务比较了解。同时，最好具备Perl,shell等编程能力。此外，我们要求应聘人员具有较强的沟通、协调和推动项目完成的能力，其具体职责包括：对关键系统进行监控和维护，实施高可用和高效的系统部署，深刻了解系统上运行的各种应用；参与容量扩充计划工作；主持项目的实施，与供应商、客户和团队成员保持密切的互动关系；为亚马逊公司内部用户提供中国范围内的技术支持和咨询。
要求：
1.精通Linux及Windows系统管理和应用（Send Mail/Exchange, Postfix, Bind, Proxy, Firewall, Apache/IIS, AD Architecture），愿意承担桌面支持工作。
2. 能够与母语为英语的人员就技术方面的问题进行流利的交流；
3. 掌握在Perl, shell环境下的编程；
4. 具有网络方面的基本知识；
5. 计算机科学及相关专业毕业；
6. 工作经验上，要求具有3-5年从事系统管理/工程技术方面的经历，有国际机构及跨时区工作经验优先。
