Location – Taipei, Taiwan
Key Responsibilities:
The BDM is responsible for driving new business revenues from a named account list and territory within the IBU. The jobholder would mainly be responsible for the following:
· Work closely with the Unit Head to create a Market penetration strategy and Targeted pursuit plan for Companies in the region
· Work with solution and delivery anchors to align group capabilities with market needs
· Participate in unit level planning and forecasting efforts
· Mentor and support other employees in the region, and support hiring efforts
· Lead and participate in Go-To-Market efforts
· Pro-active sales activities to develop new opportunities, and primary owner of the Opportunity Management process - Prospect-Evaluate-Propose-Close
· Develop a network of relationships with professionals and key executives in the region
· Work with company agents or partners in the region to develop business in the region.
· Form peer relationships with client personnel at the VP/Director level, and working relationships with CXOs; Sourcing for additional business
· Working with the pre-sales functions to craft suitable and compelling proposals for clients
· Showcase Infosys Capabilities, Value, Relationships and Governance in all interactions
· Manage proposal, negotiations, and closure process
Skills/ Profile requirement envisaged
· Total relevant experience of 7+ years with a proven track record
· Engineering (Bachelors or Masters) degree (MBAs also preferred) from good Chinese/Overseas universities.
· Knowledge of and experience working with companies in the region, preferably with functional or technical experience in Hi-Tech or banking.
· Excellent communication ability in English (Read, Write & Speak); CET4 is mandatory. Preference will be given to candidates with CET6.
· Good team working skills and ability to work with multi-location teams.
· The position will involve travel to multiple locations
