Job Description
1. Provide operation training and timely support to all JDE users, assist them to solve daily operation matters.
2. Be responsible for AS400 management
3. Provide basic programming and query (base on AS400 environment) service to end users
4. Be responsible for Corporate Intranet, and to promote and facilitate users to fully utilize Corporate Intranet through operation trainings and timely support.
5. Support other business systems include CAPS, Powerpay+
6. Assist superior to implement business application projects and plans
7. Assist superior to define/revise IT Policies & Procedures and Work instructions, and timely report any non-compliance.
Job Requirement
1. Bachelor of computer science, information technology or relevant diploma.
2. Minimum 2 years' experience in IT system field.
3. Good knowledge in AS400 administration and Program, JDE experience is preference.
4. Be familiar with Java or C++ and ERP systems.
5. Good sense of customer service, excellent communication skills.
6. Good team spirit. |
