Oracle10g EM web管理问题？？？

环境：两台Ibm Unix主机，运行Aix5.3，每个节点都安装了一个数据库实例，分别为：gcidb、gcicw，通过Hacmp5.3双机软件实现双机互备；
问题：用Oracle Enterprise Manager 10g Database Control连接数据库能显示登录界面，但通过system用户登录后看到1）数据库实例中“主机”是loopback；2）监听程序为状态为不可用；3）到实例的代理连接状态为“失败”；4）点击“性能”或“管理”按钮后又出现“数据库登录”窗口，且提示连接字符串为“loopback:1521:gcidb ”，输入用户名口令登录时报错:Io exception: The Network Adapter could not establish the connection

运行N次了，不知道为什么EM中总是如下显示：
1、“开始运行时间”总是“2007-3-2 14时33分35秒 GMT+08:00 ”，而服务器上date的信息是“Tue Nov 20 12:57:33 BEIST 2007”，是时区的问题吗？
2、主机 总是“loopback ”，应该是hostname的？
3、监听程序也显示的不对，改过LISTENER.ora文件中的这个名字，可这里还是显示以前的？

问题已解决，重新配置资料库后即可：
emca -config dbcontrol db -repos recreate
