岗位职责：
1、     制定公司信息技术应用的整体发展策略、部门发展规划和工作计划；
2、     主导信息技术应用项目的立项工作，并监督立项的合理性；
3、     指导并监督IT系统的运行和维护；
4、     督导软件招标、软件开发、软件维护、软件规范和数据库管理等，管理与IT供应商的协调联系工作；
5、     信息系统设备购置的预算、审批工作及相应技术鉴定；
6、     对公司信息系统进行检查：监控公司新建、扩建和电脑系统的升级。
7、     英语优秀
8、     须有保险行业IT管理经验
Manager of IT Dept.
•        Responsible for drafting overall IT strategy as well as planning of IT dept.；
•        Lead the IT application projects and ensure the effective control of project implement
•        Coach and monitor the IT system’s operation and maintenance
•        Manage the bidding, development, maintenance in terms of software issues as well as filing and database management. Maintain a good communication and coordination with IT outsourcer and provider；
•        Monitor the IT system purchase and approval of the budget related；
•        Monitor the upgrade of physical IT systems and examination of IT system
•        Good command of English
