求助svn checkout 问题

我刚刚搭建了一个svn服务器。
apache 2.095
svn1.40
tortoiseSVN 1.45

apache 配置文件
<Location /svn_data>
DAV svn
SVNListParentPath on
SVNParentPath "d:/SVN/SVN_data"
AuthType Basic
AuthName "Subversion repositories"
AuthUserFile "d:/SVN/SVN_data/svn_auth_passwd"
#AuthzSVNAccessFile svnaccessfile
Require valid-user
</Location>

我的documentRoot "c：/abcd"
当我chekout 的时候，他提示我
PROPFIND request failed on"/svn_data"
PROPFIND of"/svn_data":301 moved permanently(http://192.168.1.34)

我的apache logs里面有这样的记载
