备份服务器down机！

备份服务器正常启动，但备份作业时发生的错误。

这个是WINDOWS下的SYBASE问题，通过SERVER CONFIG 重新配置SYBASE的备份服务，相当于新配置一个备份服务。然后删除旧的备份服务。
