为某知名消费品牌招聘日企Team Leader一名(上海)：

Responsibility:
1. Involve in kinds of projects related with IT infrastructure as infra project leader & window
2. Evaluate & judge the qualification & solution/proposal of project vendor from infrastructure view, well manage and control the quality of project vendor delivery
3. Leverage project tasks with external & internal resources, draft action plan and ensure to catch up project master schedule
4. Keep cross-team communication smoothly & well handle business/application requirement in service oriented manner
5. Closely follow up project progress and update/report to management in timely & initiative manner
6. Comply with related project management methodology and company policy

Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering or relative discipline is required
2. 5+ years IT project & technical experience, thereinto, 2+ years project management experience for sizeable projects are necessary
3. Strong IT technology and analytical capability, self-motivated and sensitive on IT trend & new technology direction
4. Customer focused, service oriented teamwork and practiced communication skills are required
5. Effective verbal and written English are necessary
6. Knowledge background on one or multiple of below IT infrastructure technical fields is required
a) B2B/B2C project experience on server/storage & network infrastructure/architecture and security standard & best practice
b) Unix, Linux and Windows platform technology and implementation experience
c) Knowledge on middleware & database with common products experience, such as BEA Weblogic, IBM Websphere, Oracle DB, SQL Svr, J2EE or .Net platform, etc
