As you may appreciate, Sun's trademarks and logos are a valuable
resource for Sun. We protect this resource by approving use by others of
its trademarks and logos only in limited situations and generally under the
terms of a logo license agreement. Sun presently has no program available to
permit the use by any certification candidate of the Solaris trademark or logo.
