postfix 外发邮件被拒！？

我们公司的情况是这样的 现有的邮件系统是md 一切正常 就是感觉负载有些大
现在向用postfix建mta 分担md的压力

可是我的postfix内部发信没有问题 ，可是外发比如hotmail yahoo就会被拒

不指到为什么 原因我也查了 大概就是 静态ip地址和反向解析ptr的问题 我也都做好了呀 可是还是被拒！！

请达人执教

这个是hotmail的信息

因为我们原来的smtp和pop是一个地址
现在smtp变为另一个地址 hotmail是不是因为这个原因不让发信呢！？
