A:Banking requirements for system integratorsUrgent)
  
一、 背景要求：
Background requirements
1、 熟悉并了解国内外大型银行IT系统建设，熟悉整体思路和各阶段的关键点。
Familiar with and understand large-scaled IT system construction in domestic and foreign banks, familiar with overall design ideas and key points at each stage.
  
2、 参与过至少2家国内外大型银行IT系统集成工作，其中一家工作内容包括IT系统集成的组织工作。
Participated in at least two large-scaled domestic and foreign banking IT systems integration project work, on one of which worked as organizer for system integration.
  
3、 熟悉银行IT系统架构知识，包括机房环境、主机及服务器、网络、安全、存储、系统软件（数据库、交易中间件、网络管理、系统管理、安全管理、项目管理、测试管理）等方面。
Familiar with banking IT system architecture knowledge, including computer room environment, host machine (mainframe) and server, network, security, storage, system software (database, transaction middleware, network management, system management, security management, project management, testing management) etc.   
  
4、 熟悉银行应用系统的开发和项目管理，包括核心业务系统、前置渠道系统、柜面终端系统、总账及财务管理系统等。
Familiar with banking applications system development and project management, including core banking system, front-end channel system, teller system, general ledger and financial management system, etc.
  
5、 有流利的中文、英文的听、说、读、写能力，有较强的语言表达和沟通能力。
Fluent in Mandarin, English; possess listening, speaking, reading and writing capabilities.  Strong in communications skills and language expression capability.
  
二、 工作技能要求：
Working expertise requirements
1、 能协助广东农信提出数据大集中工程中，对银行IT系统架构建设等方面提出具体的实施方案。包括机房环境、主机及服务器、网络、安全、存储、系统软件（数据库、交易中间件、网络管理、系统管理、安全管理、项目管理、测试管理）等，清晰地界定参与各方的工作职责，明确要求。
In GDRCC data centralization project, assist GDRCC and provide specific implementation plan in constructing banking IT system architecture and other areas, including computer room environment, host machine (mainframe) and server, network, security, storage, system software (database, transaction middleware, network management, system management, security management, project management, testing management) etc.   Be able to clearly define responsibilities of each participating party and to clarify requirements.
  
2、 能协助广东农信识别数据大集中工程各相关项目实施的风险，提出解决方案，使广东农信及时规避风险，确保项目成功。
Assist GDRCC in identifying project implementation risks in various projects within GDRCC data centralization project, provide solutions so that GDRCC could avoid risk timely, and to ensure the success of the project.
  
3、 协助广东农信进行数据大集中工程的相关项目管理，制订项目管理规范，并由相关项目组落实。
Assist GDRCC in relevant project management within GDRCC data centralization project, determine project management standards, and assign related project team to implement these standards.
  
4、 协助广东农信对数据大集中工程各项目之间出现的争议进行仲裁。
Assist GDRCC as an arbitrator on controversial occurred among projects within GDRCC data centralization project.
  
5、 协助广东农信协调与核心业务系统及所有项目参与的厂商，并协助做好资源组织工作。   
Assist GDRCC to coordinate core business system and other participating vendors; assist in resource organization.
  
6、协助农信协调项目组与各业务部门之间针对项目的意见分歧，做好沟通和解释工作。
Assist GDRCC in communications when difference opinions occurred between project team and business departments regarding project issues.   

B:JOB DESCRIPTION



1,Business Analyst 职位要求及描述：(Card module very urgent)
大学本科以上学历，3年以上金融、银行类或计算机类相关专业工作背景；
熟悉一种以上银行业务（如储蓄、信贷、支付、银行卡业务等）；
具备三年以上银行项目实施经验，有负责银行核心系统相关模块，尤其是卡业务模块经验者优先；
负责银行核心业务系统相关项目的需求分析、流程再设计、功能说明、用户手册工作，并编写相关项目文档；
具备英语环境工作能力；
良好的团队合作精神及沟通能力；

  BA Job Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years work experience in Finance, Banking , Engineering，Computer Science or related subjects。
Be familiar with banking operation，such as deposit，loan，payment and debit cards.
More than 3 years banking project experience required with emphasis on core banking system and cards module.
Take charge of Requirements Analysis, Business Process Reengineering, Functional Specifications and User Guide.
Excellent English communications skills.
Must be able to work in teams. Excellent interpersonal skills.

2. System Analyst & System Architect 职位要求及描述：(Card module very urgent)
大学本科以上学历，3年以上金融、银行类或计算机类相关专业工作背景；
熟悉一种以上银行业务（如储蓄、信贷、清算、银行卡业务等）；
具备3年以上银行项目软件开发经验，负责银行核心业务系统相关模块的系统分析、系统设计、系统开发工作，并编写相关项目文档；
熟悉ORACLE/DB2数据库开发。精通COBOL以及Unix环境下的C/C++编程；熟悉OA系统；
具备英语或日语环境工作能力；
良好的团队合作精神及沟通能力；

SA Job Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years work experience in Finance, Banking, Engineering，Computer Sciences or related subjects。
Be familiar with banking operation，such as deposit，loan，payment and debit cards.
More than 3 years banking project development experience required with emphasis on core banking system and cards module. Take charge of System Analysis, System Design and Technical Specifications.
Be familiar with Unix/MVS/Oracle/DB2 environments. Expert in COBOL and proficient in at least one of the following: C++, NET, Java. Be familiar with OA system.
Excellent English or Janpanese communications skills.
Must be able to work in teams. Excellent interpersonal skills.
