IT trainer



General Description:



The IT trainer is mainly in charge of training boutique users on the boutique IT systems:



ISBA, Small NSI and EPOS as well as head-office staff on Essbase and Powerplay.

These projects will take place in China and will concern our luxury brands(Montblanc,



Dunhill, Cartier, Piaget, Baume&Mercier, Vacheron Constantin, etc...) or our support



functions(Finance, Logistics,After Sales Service,etc...)



Main Responsibilities:



1 To conduct IT application training including NSI, ISBA, CDB,...

2 To prepare User Guide and Training Material.

3 To assist in system testing

4 To communicate the system changes to the users before system implementation

5 To assist in system implemation

6 To assist in application support



Our Requirements:



1 University graduate or equivalent

2 At least two years of training experience and working experience in trading company

3 Good communication skills

4 Organized and detail oriented

5 Strong PC skills, expertise with Windows, MS Office,Lotus Notes and AS400 applications

6 Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin

7 Willing to travel frequently

8 IT backgroud is an advantage
