Job Description:
Senior C++ SW Development Engineer
Responsibilities include specification, design, implementation and unit test of software in C++ in a windows environment.  The candidate must be able to translate high level requirements and system designs into implementation.

Core requirements:
-        A minimum of 4 years of enterprise software development experience
-        C++ programming language expertise
-        Familiarity with Object Oriented Design & Development practices
-        Working knowledge of asynchronous, distributed systems and applications
-        Technical experience with network protocols
-        History of developing for Windows OS
-        A record of delivering high quality code on schedule and to specification

Additional desirable qualifications:
-        Good English verbal and written communications
-        Working knowledge of digital media technologies

Candidates should have technical expertise in at least several of the following areas:
-        SIP, SDP, H.323
-        RTP, SRTP
-        TCP/UDP, Sockets
-        XML, SOAP
-        Web Services
-        Digital Media Codecs
-        Direct X
-        GUI
-        API development
