会用并不一定就需要搞懂复杂的原理的，就像你开汽车不必会造汽车一样。

学习正则表达式推荐《精通正则表达式:第3版》
书中有一章节专门论述PHP的正则.

正则表达式只学了些基本的，如检验邮箱、地址、IP等等，
到迅雷搜搜chm教程或视频教程，不懂就问问百度。
我的网页开发知识基本就是这样学的。
