1    JOB DESCRIPTION FOR Title: Regional System Engineer

Skills and Knowledge
OS: Solaris, Unix, Linux at the level of power user or administrator
DB: Oracle
Telecom protocols: SS7

Additional desired skills:
-Telecom Networking fundamentals
-GSM (CS and PS domain), Sigtran, SIP, H323, MGCP

Domain:
Wireless mobile networks, Knowledge of GSM/GPRS/3G architecture and functionality of each nodes

Experience level:
-2+ years of relevant experience. Seniors who want to switch careers also can be considered provided they have minimum requisite experience.
-Computer science or electronics graduate

Key responsibilities
- Implement products of our long-term partners across the world.
-As a member of client professional services team, the engineer needs to go and resolve issues at site. Part of the job would be installation, configuration, provisioning of telecom nodes, trouble shooting, performance fine-tuning, onsite testing, developing test scripts, reading system logs etc.
-Very high problem solving skills
-Quickly grasp overall implementation scenario in the wireless telecom network.
-Training at Mumbai and Delhi, India: 2 weeks (in Mumbai)  on 2-3 products and another 2 weeks of on-job training (in Delhi) with Delivery team before they get used in actual implementation.
-Travel anywhere in Asia (India team), Europe (Ukraine team)

2     JOB DESCRIPTION FOR LEAD - .JAVA ENGINEERING

Skills and Knowledge
Good R&D, design, coding, debugging & testing ( including system and Integration) skills
Good knowledge and practical understanding of relevant coding languages, IDEs, technology platforms, tools, specifications, etc
Core Java, along with Hibernate or Strut or Spring and good experience on J2EE framework
Good grasp of technology and tools used for development
Able to gather the requirements from Client and propose design solutions
Good understanding of Product development approach
Good understanding of the sphere of activities in a horizontal domain
Create WBS for self, and assist juniors
Assist in the preparation of Project Plan (MPP) (provide WBS)
Good communication/presentation skills
Key Responsibilities
Involved in R&D, requirement gathering, designing, coding, debugging & unit testing
roduce stable and high quality code within deadlines, following the required process.
Report work status on a periodic basis
Client communication
Actively participate in team and organization activities.
rovide resolution to technical problems and queries faced by team members
rovide team leadership to team size of 1-3 members
Assist manager in Project planning and tracking.
Conduct Technical interviews

6 -8 yrs exp, Excellent planner, Test Planning / Test Strategy, experience in managing QA team about 10,
Worked on automation QA / dev tools like- QARun, Rational Robot, Mercury WinRunner, QTP, Perl script, shell script, Symantec Ghost, Test Complete
Worked in Source Control: Subversion, CVS
Good exposure in testing web applications, hands on in deploying and testing applications
Web servers- Tomcat, Apache
Excellent communication, can give presentations to end customers,
Good exposure in Agile development / testing
Familiar UNIX, PL/SQL

top,good position,how about the System Engineer's salary range?

system engineer职位不是leader职位。薪水取决于你的经验...,不过这个职位的薪水应该在10K以下。
由于公司刚刚成立,正在搭框架,职位一般都是team leader级的。以后需要的工程师会多一些。
早进入新公司,将来的发展空间还是很大的。
