•Senior level Crystal Reports XI experience / skills
•Medium level ORACLE SQL experience / skills.
•Experience interfacing a JSP front end with Crystal Templates using Oracle Stored Procedures and a•bility to generate PDF reports.
•Ability to identify logic that can be retained on the Crystal end to improve performance.
•ORACLE PL/SQL skills for procedure returned data sets for Crystal.
•Experience in Financial systems

2  GUI Designer

•JSP >3years
•GUI Design >3years
•Experience in the development of web-based applications >3 years
•HTML >3 Years

3.   Production Service Analyst

•Excellent spoken and written English
•Excellent Communication skills
•Ability to handle pressure as well as effective communicate and interpersonal skills
•Can demonstrate problem solving skills
•Must be able to work under own initiative
•Be innovative and able to design new solutions quickly
•roduction /Technical support experience would be an advantage
•Unix or Linux knowledge
•SQL skills and database knowledge
