Qualification for UNIX Administrator:
At least 2 year working experience with UNIX administration in a large scale environment
24x7 production environment support experience is a must
Working experience with major vendor hardware, including Dell, HP and IBM
Expert knowledge and working experience with Windows server backup and restore
Expert knowledge and working experience with Windows security and policies
Working experience with TCP/IP networking is required
Strong technical background & problem-solving skills
UNIX（HP,IBM,SUN） administrator certificate desirable

Qualification for Microsoft Windows Administrator:
At least 2 year working experience with Windows server administration in a large scale environment
24x7 production environment support experience is a must
Expert knowledge of Windows architecture including Active Directory, Windows cluster
Working experience with major vendor hardware, including Dell, HP and IBM
Expert knowledge and working experience with Windows server backup and restore
Expert knowledge and working experience with Windows security and policies
Expert knowledge and working experience with Windows IIS server, Exchange Server
Working experience with TCP/IP networking is required
Experience with Microsoft SQL Server is a plus
Experience with .Net is a plus
Strong technical background & problem-solving skills
Windows administrator certificate desirable
