Senior R&D engineer（Location：Hangzhou）


JobDescription:
Responsible for SW specification, design,implementation, testing and maintenance in certain technical domain of one ofNSN product creation project in NSN WCDMA platform
Coordinates/leads technical activities within ownresponsibility area
Contributes to specification review in own andinterface technical area
Participates to architecture work or relevanttechnical study
Responsible in sharing knowledge, training andcoaching others in his/her technical expertise area


Requirement:
M.Sc. or B.Sc. degree in Computer Science,Telecommunication Engineering or equivalent
3+ years experience in embedded SWdevelopment

Engineer, Laboratory support（Location：Hangzhou）


Main Purpose of the Role and KeyResponsibilities:
We are looking for a Laboratory Engineer to join ourR&D team in Hangzhou,China. You areresponsible for developing and maintaining a laboratory environment for NokiaSiemens Networks products. Your main task will be to set up a testing laboratoryand maintain a verification environment for testing of different products andplatforms R&D programs. This involves hardware and software installations,testing support and looking after the IP networks, including routers andswitches.
As a Laboratory Engineer you have an excellentposition to gain system level competence of the Nokia Siemens Networksproducts.
The work is organized in project teams, which have aclose co-operation. This includes teams located on other Nokia Siemens Networkdevelopment centers, and this adds the international nature to the position.Fluent international communication is needed; therefore good language skills arevery important.




Requirements:
Your academic background is an MSc or BSc degree inComputer Science, Telecommunications or a similar subject. You have experienceof IP networking, including network design and planning as well as of theconfiguration of routers and switches. You are not afraid to work with youhands. You enjoy working as part of a multinational team, and you are flexible,enthusiastic, and creative. You should have good communication skills with goodwritten and spoken English and Mandarin.




Otherrequirements:
• Knowledge of IPprotocols and IP networking
• Good knowledge ofLinux or other UNIX-like operating systems
• Familiar with testingtools and test automation systems
• The ability tocooperate with people in small teams
• Problem solvingskills
• Ability to workwithin strict deadlines and quality guidelines
• Understanding ofcommonly used tools and languages (Perl, shell scripting, SQL, etc) is anadvantage
