职位描述：
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage teams of professionals servicing diverse clients outside China, capabilities performed by teams include Service Level Management and Admin work initially
- Meet and exceed client service level agreements
- Improve productivity over time
- Manage internal client and delivery issues, be able to resolve problems in time to deliver required work output
- Conduct work migration on the receiving end, manage knowledge transfers effectively
- Attend internal account meetings
职位要求：
Qualifying Experience:
- University degree or above
- At least 3 years experience as leader/manager with direct reports in a multinational or large local company, preferably in a BPO type or IT service industry (call center, back office, payroll...etc)
- Departmental financial management, including budgeting and financial alignment to company goals
- People management, including compensation, performance management, career development
- Mature and excellent communications/interpersonal skills
- Can work independently with the minimal amount of supervision
- Must be good in English
- Knowledge in ITIL a big plus
