This person will be responsible for developing the solution strategy, overall design, and managing the development of technical costing/pricing of solution elements. Candidates should have experience/capabilities in the following areas:

•         Manage the development of quality, integrated, cost-effective solutions that meets the client’s requirements, including focus on:

–        Solution quality & delivery feasibility

–        Risk mitigation

–        Financials (cost/price as required)

–        Alignment of Client requirements to EDS services cost/price models

•         Lead a team of solution design resources as needed to complete required technical deliverables for a pursuit

•         Provide client-facing interface as required and at request of sales team

•         Ensures governance process is conducted as required

•         Ensures that integrated solution is developed within the parameters set by the price-to-win

•         Ensures that solution components align with standards and best practices

•         Validates and approves proposal and solution deliverables
