职位描述：
Sound Programming skills in one or more of the technology areas mentioned above. Ability to interpret and code based on defined standards. Knowledge of SDLC processes. Create technical design, build programs, create test plans, test application software programs. Work with global teams to deliver software projects
As a Team Leader, your responsibilities would include managing sub-teams in a project or a small project team (schedule, allocate and monitor tasks) and focus on technical issues, coding and configuration to ensure delivery of a module/project. Prior experience in team handling, requirement analysis, design and formal quality processes is required along with a strong foundation of SDLC concepts.
As a Software Engineer, your responsibilities would mainly include requirements analysis, designing detailed programming specifications, programming, test plan creation and testing of programs. Strong foundation of SDLC concepts is a must.
职位要求：

Engineering (Bachelors or Masters) degree, (MBAs also preferred) from good universities.

Excellent communication ability in English (CET4); Preference will be given to candidates with CET6 / TOEFL scores.
·
Good team working skills and ability to work with multi-locational teams.
