Title: Assistant Manager
Experience
More than eight years in information technology field, with solid knowledge of IT infrastructure, servers, networks and clients, office automation systems, technical IT support, Service Desk, project management as well as solid managerial experience at least for three years. Have the experience of leading a team to provide client support for big organization(800 users).
Specific Knowledge
In-depth know-how of standard infrastructure, systems, as well as service and SLA concepts. Good at communication both in mandarin and English . Being customer oriented and responsible. ITIL implementation experience is preferred.
Job designation/Field of work:
Leadership
Aggresively leading the outsourced service desk and support team to achieve the SLA targets and provide professional and satisfactrory service. Closely monitor and review the service desk performance. Manage the knowledge database within team. Coach the support team member for development.
Support
Support of users in the standardizd Daimler OA environment with constant improvement, streamlining and optimization of all functions with appropriate change management of processes, involved people and training as well as on-going support of such.
Communication / Reporting
Efficiently communications with all users in the business units including all Daimler sites and Joint Ventures, as well as towards senior manager, CIO and regional ITI organizations.
Ensure constant timely and transparent reporting for the service quality to ITM management team.
Project Management
Project Leadership and Management for the Deployment, Roll-Out and Implementation of all strategic IT Infrstrucure solutions at Daimler offices in China
