SPM
* More than 10 years of experience in the IT industry and at least 5 years of relevant project management experience
* Ability to communicate well in English
* Manage multiple projects and track the utilization and operating margin.
* Work closely with the client to increase the size of the portfolio
* Work with the BDMs to drive pre-sales and increase revenue.
* Manage client expectations and escalations
* Manage project scope and change control process
* Interface with client project manager
* Experience with using Microsoft Project or any other project management tool
* PMP certification is nice to have
* Knowledge of SDLC processes
* Knowledge on BI, DW, Portals or content management will be a plus
PM
1. More than 7 years of experience in the IT industry and at least 2 years of relevant project management experience
2. Ability to communicate well in English
Other Skills
* Manage project tasks and activities
* Manage project schedule
* Manage project resources
* Manage project scope and change control process
* Estimate Effort
* Interface with client project manager
* Experience with using Microsoft Project or any other project management tool

* Functions as a module lead for a project
* Manage project tasks, activities and schedule for a particular module in a project
* Understands business requirements and writes detailed functional specification
* Works with the team to ensure that they understand the functionality of the application
* Manage Technical issues, coding and configuration to ensure delivery of module/project
* Knowledge of SDLC processes
* More than 4 years of experience in the IT industry
* Knowledge on BI, DW, Portals or content management will be a plus
* Ability to communicate well in English |
