TIVOLI 6.2 OS400 AGENT问题，请高手帮忙解决啊~~

操作系统:WIN 2003 SP2
数据库：DB2 8.1 FP16
ITM 6.2

AGENT:OS400 V5R3

安装完成后，性能数据无法进入DATAWAREHOUSE,
在查询OS400端数据时，AGENT端的LOG会显示报错，内容如下：
Sample error with status  <2106000b> UADVIS was received for situation
  OR_KA4_KA4SDLC <2395999147,1018167763>  for KA4.KA4SDLC on table .

  OR_KA4_KA4POOL <2395999449,1018167758>  for KA4.KA4POOL on table .

报错后，AGENT就会产生异常，无法查询历史数据，且数据也无法进入DATAWAREHOUSE.
