主要几个方面的testing的工作
storage, Networking, Hp_vm

技术这边主要是
对OS有较深刻的理解（unix/linux 系：最基本当然是会用，命令，系统管理什么的，有系统开发，驱动开发就更好）平台是hp_ux
Shell
Perl
(HP_UX/Storage/Virtualization)

公司性质：外资500强的。英语要求也不是非常高，基本交流吧（有全英文面试）

Job Description       –       The job involves:
?       Planning the execution schedule, the sequence of tests and the start & end date for each of the major test areas.
?       Following up with product team on any clarification or documentation that may be required to successfully test the product.
?       Setting up of the test machines, switches and appropriate set up required for testing the product at hand.
?       Installation of the OS, product patches & depots and bringing up the machine to the state as required by the product that is under test.
?       Installation of test tools, scripts and test suites that are required for testing.
?       Executing the tests as per the test plan.
?       Identifying manual tests that are not covered by automated test suites and running the manual tests.
?       Analyzing the logs created during the test suite run and filing defects with appropriate severity on the product team.
?       Follow up on all the defects filed and seeing the defects to its completion.
?       Creation of the test report, updating the product team and the management on the ongoing progress of the test.
?       Creation of final test report and the status of any blockers, waivers.
?       Understanding the product design and requirements.
?       Coming up with a test plan based on the product design document.
Job Requirements & Skills Required       –       Bachelor degree or equivalent in computer science or engineering related area.
–       2+ years of work experience in software development.
–       Excellent English and communication skills (written and verbal).
–       Excellent problem solving skills;
–       Must have
?       Experience in general UNIX environment.
?       Perl, shell scripts and C programming knowledge.
?       Ability to identify the tests based on the product design document.
?       Prior experience in setting up the test machines, configuration of switches or other networking components.
?       Test planning, coming up with test design and plan documents.
?       Has gone through the entire product development life cycle.
?       Ability to plan a project and has demonstrated strong ownership
?       Prioritizing the work at hand and scheduling test experience.
?       Ability to analyze the test results and identifying whether it’s a product issue and filing well documented defects against product.
?       Have demonstrated ability to learn a new technology quickly.
?       Self motivated and self managed individual
–       High Want
?       Experience in HPUX environment.
?       Worked on device driver, networking stack testing.
?       Analyzer experience for PCI, Networking or storage.

R&D

Qualification:

   * minimum Bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent
   * working knowledge of Unix operating system
   * working knowledge of networking
   * strong C programming skills with knowledge of structured
      programming development and testing and debugging techniques
   * ability to work in a team
   * strong analytic skills
   * proficiency in English ( ability to read, write and converse
      in English).
   * Knowledge of computer architecture is preferred
