IQ中函数rand的使用？

举例：
1、创建表：
create table ttt(a int)
2、插入记录：
insert into ttt values(1)
insert into ttt values(11)
insert into ttt values(111)
3、使用rand（）函数：
select a,rand(*) from ttt
显示的结果，第二列的值都是相同的，为什么啊？有哪位高人能指点一二？
