Finance Manager  Beijing  position

Responsibility:
1、Manage all financial affairs including accounting,tax,audit and etc
2、To provide financial report to assist management team’s decision making
3、To conduct budget planning and manage budget execution
4、Be responsible for cash flow and tax risk management
5、To keep compliance of financial policies and process


Requirements:
1、Able to develop and interpret financial process and policies.
2 Can make constructive proposals for the financial management
3、Can work independently on issues within responsibility
4、Able to lead a team to achieve objective with high efficiency
5、Able to keep good relationship with government agencies
6、Bachelor degree in accounting or finance, CPA preferred.
7、Minimum five years similar position experience in maintaining general ledger and costing system preferred in global IT or software company.
9、Knowledge of Chinese accounting policies and costing.
10、Good communication including spoken and written English skills
