Brief description of why position is needed?         
Globally responsible for Management Systems for Manufacturing and Customization Execution Systems (MES) the strategic direction, solutions and execution for existing and future inhouse  sites plus MES audit responsible for existing and any future external manufacturing sites for ourself. Global IS/IT Account Management responsible supporting the Corporate Function Operations, World Class Supply Chain.
       

Within our IS/IT department, we are establishing a Business Relationship Management function that will be the main interface for our internal customers. We therefore need a Business Relationship Manager (BRM) to mange the relationships with both our manufacturing sites and external partners.

The role contains one to two weeks of travelling per month due that to our strategic partners and manufacturing sites are located around the world.

Main work assignments:

• Establish the strategic structures necessary to ensure productive, cost effective functional solutions to support the the Supply Chain in our in-house manufacturing sites.

• Host quarterly IT Forum meetings with strategic manufacturing partners.

• Be an active participant with the Corporate Function Operations organization, Development Unit Industrialization teams and the in-house IS/IT organizations

• Working with the in-house IS/IT MES (Manufacturing & Customization Execution Systems) support team(s) in Beijing to develop current and future best in class MES solutions, support processes and organization.

• Proactively participate in the Global MES conferences and research organizations to establish future strategic directions and solutions for company and maintain knowledge of MES industry standards and technology trends.

• Participate in critical our projects that directly impact in MES solution requirements

• Develop an MES MRP and roadmap for company

• Yearly budget creation and monthly budget review

Qualifications:

• Computers and Electronics — Knowledge of circuit boards, processors, chips, electronic equipment, and computer hardware and software, including applications and programming. (Level E)

• Knowledge and experience in the Manufacturing processes

• Knowledge of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) applications and technologies

• Degree in information systems or equivalent

• Solid experience from working in a global environment and multi-cultural environment

• In a natural way keep the total picture in mind when making conclusions and decisions
