Job Requirement:
-University graduate in computer Science or equivalent
-5 - 7 years of IT working experience in Linux and/or SUN Solaris, Legato backup solution
-Strong in technical support skills including shell scripting, troubleshooting, performance tuning, capacity planning, monitoring tools recommendation, customization, deployment, and usage
-Knowledge of Data Center infrastructure implementation and site preparation
-Knowledge and experience on SAN storage administration, SAP Basis Administration, SUSE Linux, Tomcat, Apache HTTP, MySQL, CA AutoSys, SiteScope, IBM WebSphere and MQ, Sybase, Oracle, DB2, MS SQL would be an advantage
-Good interpersonal and communication skills
-Fluent written and spoken English
-Willing to travel

- Strong in technical support skills including troubleshooting, performance tuning, capacity planning, monitoring tools recommendation, customization, deployment, and usage.
- Knowledge and experience of Sybase, Sun Solaris, SAN storage administration, Legato backup solution, SUSE Linux, Tomcat , Apache HTTP, CA AutoSys, SiteScope, IBM WebSphere, IBM MQ would be an advantage
- Knowledge of Data Center infrastructure implementation and site preparation
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Provide standby support for production problem on non-office hours.
- Willing to travel
