关于web页面登陆oracle数据库的问题(急)

请教大家个一问题:
我的机器是hp 8640 IA64位的,安装windowns server2003操作系统,oracle10.2客户端,运行Microsoft .NET Framework Version:2.0.50727.1433; ASP.NET Version:2.0.50727.1433 但当用web页面登录数据库时就会报

但用sqlplus 登录数据库是正常的,请问这种问题如何解决?(急!)
