php备置问题

在httpd.conf中加了如下的内容：
ScriptAlias /php/ "D:\Program Files\Apache Software Foundation\Apache2.2\php-

5.2.5-Win32"
AddType application/x-httpd-php .php
Action application/x-httpd-php "/php/php.exe"



访问http://127.0.0.1:81/发生下面的错误：
Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /php/php.exe/index.php on this server.


下面是错误信息：
